Many schools are moving toward the science of reading, but the biggest gap is implementation. Teachers often receive limited training (sometimes a single day with no follow-up), and schools don’t always have the funding or capacity for ongoing coaching and fidelity support.

WSFL is building a ready-to-deploy coaching model that helps instruction stick in real classrooms. We will support selected K–3 teachers by funding EBLI™ licensing and providing coaching cycles—observe, model/co-teach, feedback, and fidelity checks—paired with progress monitoring to strengthen Tier 1 instruction and support Tier 2/3 learners.
